Javin Sword is the Founder, President, and Executive Director of AI Equity Alliance Corp., where he leads efforts to bridge the AI knowledge gap and expand access to community resources using AI-powered tools. As Associate Dean for Digital Initiatives and a Computer Science faculty member at William Penn University, Javin has built cross-sector partnerships and student-led innovation programs that connect AI education to real-world impact.

He is the visionary behind the dual impact model which includes an AI-driven system that simplifies donation matching and the AI Impact Center, which offers workshops and hands-on projects for learners and nonprofits.

His experience includes advising student development teams, securing nonprofit collaborations, and working with community organizations and small businesses to implement practical AI solutions.

Javin also serves as the strategic lead for the Digital Impact Team and has extensive experience in workforce AI training and integrating ethical AI design into educational programs.
